Hi everyone, Here are ten more slides, five EMD GP's, and the start of an all SD40-2 CD. Most of the SD40-2 shots are more of the action or lashup type than rosters. Moss is more of a close-up action shooter, where the lead unit is still close enough to be of use as a roster shot. The shot that caught my interest today is that of all GP50 #3131. This is the second shot I have of this, but the interesting feature is the low mounted ditch lights. This is very unusual for a BN unit, and low mounted ditch lights are much easier to model than high if you want them lighted. All ten photos are from what I call "the best of the Moss E. Hulsey collection." One day several months ago, I dropped by Moss' place with about 100 really nice SP slides, and talked him into letting me borrow some of his best BN slides out of his precious carousels to scan for the website. I left with 144 slides, and the next three days will be all photos by Moss. |
