Hi everyone, Once again, the whitefaces are scarce but at least I do have one, even if it is the fourth photo of it. All four photos of SD40-2 #8031 show it in whiteface paint - with white separator stripe, even! 1992 and 1995 photos show the unit with the horn on the cab and flashing strobes on the anticlimber, whereas 1997 and 2001 photos show the horn moved to the long hood and ditch lights on the anticlimber. Perhaps I should look for a fifth photo of this unit so at least one gives a view from the rear. Enjoy, Charles |
