Hi everyone,
Once again we have five GE's by contributor Rick Briney including some relatively rare subjects such as a U28B and two early U30B's. I have some more of the later U30B's coming soon. Note that the early U30B's (5470-5484, all ex CB&Q) strongly resemble the U28B, particularly in the radiator section. Rare subject of the day award goes to U30C #5399. While the U30C itself is not particuarly rare, this is one of four C&S units, and I am pretty sure that in March 1981, this unit is still technically considered a C&S locomotive. Enjoy, Charles |
