Message of the day - February 29, 2000:

Hi everyone,

Well, those Kodachromes were just what I needed to get off to a good start. BNSF freight cars kept me pertty busy for this month, but now it's back to motive power. Here is some Santa Fe blue and yellow I have been putting off for way too long. These are all from a PhotoCD I had made back in July of 1997, before I figured out that 50mm was the standard for roster shots. Most of these were taken up close and personal at 35mm and March 1997 is about when I discovered Kodachrome 25, so the shots prior to that are Ektachrome 200. Oh how I wish that I was shooting Kodachrome 25 when I was on my 1996 summer trip to California, but that is another story. For now, here are five GP39-2's in Santa Fe blue and yellow.

Enjoy!
Charles
